The Board of Directors endorsed a new project at their August 3rd meeting. …the Competitors’ Corner recognition display. The Eau Claire Curling Club does not currently have a recognition process.  This will fill that need that’s been talked about for many years.

ECCC Suspension of League Play


Based on the current COVID situation in Eau Claire County, the Board voted to approve the following:

  • Suspension of League Play starting Monday Nov 16
  • Open to practice with no more than 4 people on the ice at a time, must be reserved online or at the discretion of the manager
  • The Board will re-evaluate league status in Eau Claire County at the Thursday Dec. 3 Board meeting

Note:  Anyone requesting a refund should refer to the 2020 ECCC Refund Policy.  Must be reviewed and approved by the Board.  Members who seek a refund are no longer members and will not be able to practice in the facility or curl in leagues when they are reinstated unless they register again.

Broomstacking Suspended Until Further Notice


The Board of Directors voted this evening, Wednesday 11/11/2020, due to the current Covid 19 conditions, to suspend broomstacking following league curling until further notice.  Additional information will be coming following a meeting of the Board on Saturday, November 14.

Curling season will proceed - Registration Procedures

Welcome to the 2020-2021 curling season! 
Registration continues. 

There are several NEW procedures for registration, curling, and the season in general as a direct result of Covid 19.  Before registering, click below on each document to learn about Season Opening considerations and other important information.

The essence of the Return to Curling Plan is as follows:

  • Masks are required in the curling club building at all times, on and off the ice*.
  • Each member is asked to observe social distancing at all times in the club building.
  • Each member is asked to sanitize any curling equipment used during game play.
  • 3 sheets of ice will be installed. No impact on league structure (draws and number of ends) is anticipated.
  • No changes will be made to regular game play rules.
  • Broomstacking is permitted with masks and social distancing as described in the plan.
  • Acceptance of a Social Contract, pledging adherence to these requirements and self-screening to protect all members of our club, is required for each member and any guests.

*consistent with USCA recommendations and common practice in WI clubs according to the WSCA


As of October 5, the Board has voted to open the curling season. We strongly encourage digital payment by credit card/debit card/Paypal; No cash will be accepted. If you cannot pay by those options, you should contact the club manager, before registering, at manager@curlingclub.com.

Our Club sports 4 sheets of great ice that are in constant use by adults and kids alike. With a variety of leagues throughout the week we're sure there's something that can fit into your busy schedule.
