The Eau Claire Curling Club has a strong interest in promoting our sport to young people 8 to 18. Supporting this is our Junior/Youth League. These young curlers meet on Saturday mornings and will be slotted based on age, curling experience and ability. This OPEN league is for new and returning boy or girl curlers. Our Junior League meets most Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Tuesday Mixed Doubles League
Mixed Doubles League:
This is the first year for the Mixed Doubles League at the Eau Claire Curling Club. This league is primarily recreational as we will all learn to play this different form of curling.
Mixed Doubles is a faster version of curling that is played with two people on each team. Teams throw 5 stones per end with 2 stones (one per team) pre-placed prior to the beginning of the end. There a several differences in rules and play between Mixed Doubles and traditional curling and we will review these during the first week which will function as an open-curl.
This league will play on Tuesday nights, draw times TBD as we are sharing the ice with the Tuesday Open League. Because there are less stones in play, matches will be shorter than traditional curling.
Please contact the convener with questions or to join the league.
